Hotel Reservations

Make reservations online or by calling the hotel’s reservations department at +502 2333 3000 and mentioning the U.S. Grains Council meeting to receive the discounted rate.

The reservations deadline is Monday, January 15, 2024. After this date, the hotel will accept reservations on a space-available basis. The Council has negotiated a room rate of $207 USD per night, single or double occupancy, plus a 22 percent tax. Check-in time is 3 p.m.; check-out time is 12 p.m.
