Ryan LeGrand, U.S. Grains Council (USGC) president and CEO, and Cary Sifferath, USGC senior director of global programs, traveled to New York on Sept. 21 to witness the signing of two memorandums of understanding (MOUs) between T&T Group and Council members DeLong Company and Valero. LeGrand spoke with Vietnamese President Nguyen Xuan Phuc, who was also in attendance to witness the event, on topics including lowering corn and ethanol import tariffs in Vietnam.
