U.S. Grains Council (USGC) President and CEO Ryan LeGrand and Manager of Global Programs Jack Custard (fifth from right) recently spoke with a group of U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Cochran Fellows from Cambodia about the Council's mission, membership, funding and its engagements in Asia. The Cochran Fellowship Program provides short-term training opportunities to agricultural professionals from middle-income countries, new markets and emerging democracies.
