South America: The Buenos Aires Grain Exchange says Argentine corn planting is now complete and good rains could increase output. In Brazil, Mato Grosso’s planting of the safrinha corn crop is at 63.2 percent, versus the five-year average of 52.16 percent, but it is behind last year’s pace amid strong demand.
