The reservations deadline is Monday, June 23, 2025. After this date, the hotel will accept reservations on a space-available basis. After this date, the hotel will accept reservations on a space-available basis. The Council has negotiated a room rate of $179 USD per night, single or double occupancy, plus a 15 percent tax. Check-in time is 3 p.m.; check-out time is 11 a.m.
