COVID-19 Meeting Protocols
The U.S. Grains Council continues to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and will be following CDC, event location and OSHA guidelines. We do want to take steps to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our staff and members. Therefore, with assistance from in-house physicians, we will be conducting daily health screenings and temperature checks while continuing to provide space for social distancing within meeting rooms where possible.
During hotel check-in everyone will receive a self-administered COVID test. We are asking all attendees and spouses/guests to take one of the self-administered tests in their hotel room prior to coming down to the meeting registration. In-house physicians will not be asking to see the results of your test but encourage attendees to take the added precaution out of consideration of other attendees, staff and international staff. The Hyatt Regency Greenville currently does not require masks for those who are fully vaccinated and encourages those who are not vaccinated to wear a face mask indoors.
Everyone attending in-person, including all spouses/guests, will need to sign a waiver which will become available after the town hall on Thursday, January 27.
