To reserve your stay at the Hyatt Regency Calgary, you can do so using the Council’s customized booking link or by calling the hotel’s reservations department at (888) 421-1442 and mentioning the U.S. Grains Council meeting to receive the discounted rate.

The reservations deadline is Friday, June 30, 2023. After this date, the hotel will accept reservations on a space-available basis. The Council has negotiated a room rate of $229 CDN per night, single or double occupancy, plus a 12.27 percent tax. Check-in time is 3 p.m.; check-out time is 11 a.m.
