Innovative Seed Solutions, LLC is a joint venture between Bayer Crop Science and Remington Holding Company, LLC. The business was established in 2016 with an initial strategic focus on sorghum. The joint venture works to drive investment and innovation in sorghum breeding, seed processing and production services in the United States.
