The U.S. Grains Council (USGC) recently welcomed Cold Stream Malt and Grain Company as its latest member.
Cold Stream is a joint operation between Clearwater Farms, based in Idaho, and Horlacher Farms, based in Washington. Its vision is to provide top quality malt to brewers and distillers while maintaining the highest possible standards of soil and water conservation to ensure local communities and wildlife can continue to thrive.
