The partnerships the U.S. Grains Council (USGC) forms with other groups and countries come about in various way, with many culminating in memorandum of understanding (MOU) signings like this week in Panama. Pictured, in March 1978 the U.S. Feed Grains Council (USFGC) signed a protocol with governmental leaders in Romania, in which the organization agreed to provide technical assistance and advice to the Romanian beef, dairy, sheep, poultry, swine and mixed feed industries.
