Rgaya M’sallem serves as the Finance & Administration Manager for the U.S. Grains Council, a non-profit organization that promotes the use of U.S. barley, corn, sorghum and related products worldwide. In this capacity, she has general responsibilities of accounting and administrative duties of the U.S. Grains Council’s Middle East and Africa Regional office.

Prior to the Council, Rgaya worked for Atlantic Oilfield Services, Ltd an onshore drilling company as the Country Controller and for Pride International, Inc. as Senior Accountant. In this position, she managed financial reporting, assisted with the preparation of the operating budgets, and performed essential duties related to payroll. Rgaya also served as the Drilling Accountant for Petro-Canada Inc. where she was responsible for providing cost control reports to management.

Rgaya holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the High Institute of Management, University of Tunis.
