Rebecca Starrett serves as the manager of industry relations for the U.S. Grains Council, a non-profit organization that promotes the global use of U.S. barley, corn, sorghum and related products including ethanol and distiller’s dried grains with solubles (DDGS).
In this capacity, Starrett will handle coordination and communication between the Council, its members and state checkoff partners.
Prior to the Council, Starrett worked for Pop Fizz. In this capacity she managed operations for the business.
Starrett earned a bachelor’s degree in international studies and psychology from Portland State University.
