Montenegro serves as the Office Manager of the Latin America office in Panama for the U.S. Grains Council, a non-profit organization that promotes the use of U.S. barley, corn, sorghum and related products worldwide.

In this capacity, Montenegro is responsible for the day-to-day functions of the Panama office through a range of administrative, procedural and managerial tasks.

Prior to entering the role of office manager, Montenegro acted as the administrative assistant in the Latin America regional office.
