Lucas Rudy serves as manager of global programs for the U.S. Grains Council, a non-profit organization that promotes the global use of U.S. barley, corn, sorghum and related products including ethanol and distiller’s dried grains with solubles (DDGS). In this capacity, Rudy organizes and leads Council programming in Asia.

Rudy joined the Council as global programs coordinator in 2023. Prior to joining the Council, he completed a public affairs internship with the U.S. Army in Italy and at the Association for Diplomatic Studies and Training. He has also spent time as an English tutor for overseas students.

Rudy holds a bachelor’s degree in global studies from Florida International University.
