Gloria Chou serves as the Financial Administrator for the U.S. Grains Council, a non-profit organization that promotes the use of U.S. barley, corn, sorghum and related products worldwide. In this capacity, Chou focuses principally on financial management and some administrative responsibilities.
Prior to the Council, Chou worked for the Air Liquide Group as the Finance Manager. In this capacity, she lead the team and managed all financial aspects across the centers including general accounting, treasury, budget administration, analytical accounting, operation control and fiscal policies.
Chou holds a master’s degree in finance from National Chung Hsing University.
