Estefanía Perez serves as the assistant director in Mexico for the U.S. Grains Council, a non-profit organization that promotes the global use of U.S. corn, barley, sorghum and related products including ethanol and distiller’s dried grains with solubles (DDGS).  In this capacity, she works closely with the director to plan, coordinate and execute the Council’s programs there including, but not limited to, marketing, trade servicing and government relations programs. She will also contribute to the formulation of a strategic plan for increasing sales of corn, barley, sorghum and their co-products into the region.

Perez joins the Council with 10 years of experience in logistics and supply chain functionality. She first worked for the multinational Vanguard Logistics Services in the air shipment execution and sales department and her most recent work has been with Cargill Colombia.

She holds an international business degree and a master’s degree in supply chain management and logistics from EAE- Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya.
