Emma Dostal serves as the communications coordinator for the U.S. Grains Council, a non-profit organization that operates globally to promote the use of U.S. barley, corn, sorghum and related products including ethanol. In this capacity, Dostal will be responsible for the department’s administrative tasks and supporting the development of the Council’s weekly newsletter, social media pages and website.
Dostal interned with the Council during the summer of 2022 with the communications team. She also has experience as a communications intern for the Nebraska Water Center where she designed quarterly newsletters and as a public and congressional affairs intern at the U.S. Department of State where she led social media content creation.
Dostal holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising, public relations, global studies and French from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
