Egna Rodriguez

Regional Programs Manager

Egna Rodriguez serves as Regional Programs Manager for the U.S. Grains Council, a non-profit organization that promotes the use of U.S. barley, corn, sorghum and related products worldwide. In this capacity, she deals with day-to-day operations and supported programs heavily involved in budgeting, meeting itineraries, implementation and logistics.

Prior to the Council, Rodriguez worked for AT&T Transportation as Transportation Specialist. In this capacity, she works closely with the Transportation Manager to effectively match the customer demand with the supply plan, consolidated shipments as needed for the Southwest and Midwest regions.  Rodriguez also served as the Logistics and Sales Representative for Hamburg Sud where she performs shipment transactions, coordinating with other entities and preparing the according documentation in accordance with the country regulations.

Rodriguez holds a master’s in business administration from Lindenwood University, St Charles, Missouri and an Industrial Engineering Degree from Universidad Santa Maria La Antigua, Panama.
