Registration is now open for the U.S. Grains Council’s (USGC’s) 20th International Marketing Conference and 63rd Annual Membership Meeting, scheduled to take place in Savannah, Georgia, from Monday, Feb. 13, to Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2023. In addition to general sessions, advisory teams (A-Teams) will hold in-depth, in-person meetings, offering the chance to provide recommendations for the Council’s work to develop markets, enable trade and improve lives. “My theme – Live the Mission – is a perfect way for you to approach this meeting because you will have an opportunity to engage with members of the Council’s staff and get a firsthand understanding of how the Council works for you and our industry,” said Josh Miller, USGC chairman. At the meeting, A-Teams will guide strategy and help set direction and priorities for the year ahead. Additionally, sectors will meet to discuss issues of importance specifically for corn, barley and sorghum, ethanol producers as well as agribusinesses and general farm organizations. “By living the Council’s mission during our time together in Savannah, I am confident you will leave renewed and energized, knowing the Council is working hard to build trade for coarse grains and ethanol exports around the world,” Miller said. More about the meeting, including registration, is available here. Other questions can be directed to Teresa Myers, USGC meetings manager, at tmyers@grains.org. |
