In conjunction with Vice President Kamala Harris’s visit to Vietnam, the White House announced on Aug. 25 that the country would reduce import tariffs on U.S. corn, wheat and pork products. While specifics are yet to be announced, this change will strengthen ties between the United States and its seventh-largest agricultural export market.
