This week, U.S. Grains Council (USGC) Manager of Global Trade Jace Hefner led a delegation to Southern Alberta to showcase steam flaking technology and distiller’s grains inclusion in beef cattle and swine diets. The group met with cattle producers representing 30 percent of Canadian feed lot capacity.
