U.S. Grains Council President and CEO Ryan LeGrand (left) visited Ecuador this week, where he signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Ecuadorean ministry of energy and Petroecuador. The MOU will act as a framework for collaboration on the improvement of fuel quality using higher blends of ethanol.
