U.S. Grains Council (USGC) President and CEO Ryan LeGrand and Senior Director of Global Programs Cary Sifferath traveled to Japan this week to meet with government and industry officials there. While in Tokyo, the group met with the Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) and Ambassador Rahm Emanuel at the U.S. Embassy.
