USGC Past Chairman Terry Vinduska shared an update on his corn crop in central Kansas. He reported his corn has pollinated nicely and developed well-filled ears - an overall beautiful stand that is maturing evenly. He anticipates corn production in his area will be slightly above average, thanks to sufficient rainfall this summer. Watch the video below for a video crop update from the field with Vinduska and his granddaughter. Both the U.S. Grains Council (USGC) and National Corn Growers Association (NCGA) share updates on the 2020 corn crop on their social media platforms.
