Key corn and feed grain importers from nine major feed grain buying companies across the Middle East and Africa region, including Morocco, Turkey, Israel, Senegal and Nigeria, were invited by the U.S. Grains Council (USGC) to take part in a Northern Crops Institute (NCI) grain procurement short course in North Dakota. The course was intended to improve the group’s skills in buying and pricing grain, while allowing the Council to build new relationships with representatives across the market in Sub-Saharan Africa.
