Nu Life Market, a food manufacturer based in Kansas, recently joined the U.S. Grains Council (USGC) as a new member.
Nu Life is dedicated to producing gluten free, peanut free and soy free brans, flours and pizza dough made from sorghum. The company also offers commercial ingredients like meals, pastes and whole grains.
Nu Life works directly with sorghum farmers and designs resealable pouches to ensure a quality product that is built to last from start to finish. Its mission is to expand its customer base and consumer demand for grain sorghum and grain sorghum milled food, beverage, pet food and livestock food products into domestic and international markets.
