NCI’s “Everything Ethanol” Series Features Council Consultant, Covers Hot Topics In Ethanol Industry

Interested in learning more about global ethanol market development? U.S. Grains Council (USGC) partners with the Northern Crops Institute (NCI) on an interactive webinar series that focuses on just that.

Taking place each month, the “Everything Ethanol” series features topics including ethanol marketing factors, policies around the world, human health and ethanol and more. This month’s featured speaker is Council Advisor and Ethanol Technical Consultant Rowena Torres-Ordonez .

During her webinar, Torres-Ordonez will cover four technical topics relevant to ethanol product handling. These four topics include:

  • Product handling throughout the value chain, particularly with respect to best practices.
  • The move toward higher-level ethanol blends.
  • Technical guidance for retail sites for moving to higher ethanol blends.
  • Fuel specifications that play an important part in ensuring ethanol blending is enabled, thereby ensuring ethanol has access to markets.
