The U.S. Grains Council (USGC) recently welcomed Mountain Malt as a new member.
Mountain Malt is a micro malt plant based in Ucon, Idaho, that works with customers in the beer, whiskey and food industries. Mountain Malt grows its own barley, ensuring the malt’s quality throughout the entire process. The company also malts rye and other grains, customized to the exact needs of its clients.
