Transportation and Export Report: Jay O’Neil, O’Neil Commodity Consulting: With the 4th of July holiday in the U.S., this is a short work week and therefore this will be a short report. Many in the market took extra days off. The Baltic Indices were mixed for the week and physical freight markets halted their slide at least temporarily while they wait for better definition.
