The U.S. Grains Council (USGC) is excited to announce the first set of speakers for Export Exchange 2024, with more to be confirmed over the coming weeks. Also, attendees of the event, held jointly by the Council, Growth Energy and the Renewable Fuels Association (RFA), will need to book their accommodation before the hotel block closes on Sept. 2.
The biennial event focuses on bringing together international buyers and end-users of coarse grains and co-products, including distiller’s dried grains with solubles (DDGS), with U.S. suppliers and agribusiness representatives. Export Exchange generates sales on a global scale, and relationships built at this conference help build future demand in overseas markets.
Speakers and panels are being confirmed, including an address from Ankush Bhandari, research analyst at Verition Fund Management, during the event’s first general session. Also featured will be a panel on the value of U.S. corn with three key experts: Doug Kitch, technical sales supervisor at CPM Americas; Dr. Vijay Singh, professor at the University of Illinois Urbana-Campaign; and Kurt Shultz, senior director of global strategies at the U.S. Grains Council. Additionally, Ken Eriksen, strategic advisor at Polaris Analytics and Consulting, will speak on the requirements of the agricultural supply chain and the transportation sector amid global upheaval.
There’s still time to register for Export Exchange 2024! Members of the Council, Growth Energy or RFA are eligible for discounted registration and should identify themselves as such during registration on the event website.
If attendees have not already, they can book a hotel room for the conference through this link.
