For those attending in person, we will be following all CDC and event location guidelines. As of May 19, the guidelines of the hotel and convention center require each attendee have their temperature taken and complete a health screening survey. The survey will ask if you have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19. Masks are mandatory to wear throughout the whole program, except while actively eating a meal. Social distancing will be adhered to in meeting rooms, eating rooms and the convention center.
For those attending virtually, we will be using the Pathable platform again. This is the same platform we have used for past membership meetings and will be offering training ahead of the meeting to ensure an enjoyable online experience.
Everyone attending, either virtually or in-person, will need to sign a code of conduct and waiver which will become available after the final town hall, scheduled for July 8, 2021.
