DDGS Weekly Market Report – July 13, 2018

Soymeal values continued their fall this week, pressuring DDGS
prices lower once again. With Kansas City soybean meal values
dropping, FOB ethanol plant DDGS values retreated as well to
$126.70/MT. The DDGS/cash corn value remains in line with its twoyear
average. DDGS retain a $2.21/protein-unit cost advantage over
soybean meal, up from last week.

DDGS prices for CIF NOLA, FOB Gulf, rail delivered PNW, and rail
delivered California steadied and showed slight increases this week.
Internationally, container routes to Southeast Asia fell on average
$5/MT and merchandisers expect renewed buying interest soon.
