Tom Dowler serves as a regional consultant for the U.S. Grains Council, a non-profit organization that promotes the use of U.S. barley, corn, sorghum and related products worldwide. In this capacity, he helps developing markets and providing trade service to the clients in Canada.

In addition to the Council, Dowler works for Gowans Feed Consulting as the director of business development. In this capacity he helps clients identify various technologies and opportunities to further grow their businesses.

Dowler holds a master’s degree in biochemistry from Queen’s University and a master’s degree in business adminstration from the Ivey School of Business.
