Dr. A. Ait Boulahsen serves as a regional consultant for the U.S. Grains Council, a non-profit organization that promotes the use of U.S. barley, corn, sorghum and related products worldwide. In this capacity, he provides activity preplanning, coordination, implementation and follow-up on market development, customer servicing, policy and other market development oriented programs.
Prior to the Council, Dr. Ait Boulahsen worked for at ENA College of Agriculture as a Professor at the Animal Sciences Dept. In this capacity, he has been in charge of teaching and research in Poultry Sciences and served as the liaison for the poultry industry. He also served as a consultant for national and international organizations and a speaker in industry and associations meetings.
Dr. Ait Boulahsen holds a doctorate degree in nutrition from North Carolina State University.
