Recently, U.S. Grains Council (USGC) Taiwan Director Michael Lu escorted a group of Taiwanese grain procurers on a tour of Minnesota's agricultural value chain. The program, supported by Minnesota Corn and the Minnesota Department of Agriculture, included a stop at USGC At-Large Director Jim O'Connor's (left) family farm.
