Looking to convert bushels to metric tons? Gallons to liters? Square feet to square meters? The U.S. Grains Council (USGC) has you covered with a phone application.
The app – called “USGC Conversion Calculator” – converts between English and metric ton units for U.S. barley, corn, sorghum and related products, including distiller’s dried grains with solubles (DDGS) and ethanol. A recent update to the app’s display has made calculating large sums on the go even easier thanks to commas and decimals that will be automatically added to relevant quantities.
The app is accessible in English, Arabic, Japanese, Mandarin, Spanish, French and Korean.
