Alejandro Gonzalez serves as a regional consultant for the U.S. Grains Council, a non-profit organization that promotes the use of U.S. barley, corn, sorghum and related products worldwide. In this capacity, he helps developing markets and providing trade service to the clients in Latin America.
In addition to the Council, Gonzalez works for Proveedora de Concentrados as the general manager. In this capacity he runs a commercial feed mill for all animal species.
Gonzalez holds a licenciate degree in animal science from the University of Costa Rica, a master’s degree in animal nutrition from the University of Illinois and a master’s degree in business adminstration from the University of Costa Rica.
