Sunxing “Stella” Qian serves as the director of global strategies administration for the U.S. Grains Council, a non-profit organization that promotes the global use of U.S. barley, corn and sorghum and related products including ethanol and distiller’s dried grains with solubles (DDGS).
In this capacity, Qian oversees the Council’s market development and engagement programs around the world.
Qian previously served as the manager of trade teams and as senior manager of global ethanol market development for the Council.
Originally from Hangzhou, China, she is a graduate of George Washington University she also holds a master’s degree in tourism administration with a concentration in event and meeting planning.
