USGC Welcomes Graduate Fellow To Staff

Please join U.S. Grains Council (USGC) in welcoming the newest member of its Washington-based staff, Logan Britton, as a graduate fellow in economics and policy analysis.

In his new role, Britton will work with the Council’s chief economist, Mike Dwyer, on a variety of projects ranging from ethanol research to analysis of global supply and demand for coarse grains and products.

He comes to USGC from Kansas State University where he graduated with high honors, completing both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in agricultural economics and a minor in journalism and mass communications. He plans to pursue his doctorate in agricultural economics after his time at the Council is finished next August.

Britton’s one-year appointment as graduate fellow in economics and policy analysis is funded with support from Kansas Corn.

He started work on Sept. 6 and can be reached at LBritton@grains.org.
