As vice president of Santosh Starch, one of India’s largest corn millers, Chowdhary oversees wet milling operations in Western and Southern India.

Chowdhary will discuss the rapidly changing dynamics of the Indian market and how economic growth is pushing the starch and industrial processing sectors from a supply-driven corn market to a new demand-driven market reality.
