Export Exchange 2012 Announces Executive Level Sponsorship from US Commodities, United BioEnergy

The U.S. Grains Council and Renewable Fuels Association today announced U.S. Commodities and United BioEnergy as an executive level sponsor of Export Exchange 2012, which will be held Oct. 22-24, at the Minneapolis Marriott City Center, Minneapolis, Minn.

The two companies are a great match for the conference and exhibition. U.S. Commodities focuses on serving animal feed customers, processors and food companies throughout the world, while United Bio Energy provides marketing services for distillers’ grain products, risk management and a procurement group for ethanol plants throughout the United States.

“As the major focus of our business supports the sale and marketing of U.S. coarse grains and distiller’s dried grains with solubles (DDGS), Export Exchange 2012 is an ideal venue for us to connect with our customers and strengthen our industry relationships, said Tim Carlson, vice president of United Bio Energy and U.S. Commodities LLC.

Export Exchange 2012 is jointly conducted by U.S. Grains Council and the Renewable Fuels Association. The last time the event was held in 2010, it drew more than 400 participants from 33 countries, resulting in significant new relationships and business deals. This year, officials anticipate it will bring together more than 150 international buyers of U.S. DDGS and coarse grains with more than 400 U.S. producers and agribusinesses.
