America’s Heartland Launches Season 11 on Public TV and RFD-TV

The 11th season of America’s Heartland, a public television series celebrating U.S. agriculture, will begin airing on PBS on Sept. 5 and RFD-TV on Sept. 9.

Since its launch in 2005, the TV show has helped viewers experience U.S. agriculture in all 50 states and internationally. In past seasons, several episodes featured U.S. Grains Council (USGC) members or were produced with the help of the Council, following U.S. farmers and products to countries like China, Taiwan, Egypt and Morocco.

This season, viewers can expect 20 new episodes focusing on food safety, animal welfare and environmental sustainability to address consumer questions and concerns.
