The U.S. Grains Council (USGC) will be paperless for its 55th Annual Board of Delegates Meeting, scheduled for Montreal, Quebec, Canada from July 27 to 29, 2015.

All meeting materials including agendas, minutes, background papers and financial reports will be available only electronic form.

Meeting participants will be able to access USGC meeting materials through smartphones, tablets or computers via the Guidebook app.

Through the Guidebook app, attendees can view the schedule, speaker bios and headshots, meeting agendas, documents and hotel maps. Attendees can also receive immediate updates in the message center. If desired, meeting-goers can download documents in PDF format to print or save to mobile devices, tablets and computers.

Instructions for downloading the materials will be available in attendee confirmation emails, with reminders available on site.

Free wifi will be available at the meeting hotel, but all meeting participants are encouraged to access and review the materials before their arrivals in Montreal.
