Didion Milling is a family owned agricultural processing business with locations across Wisconsin. They specialize in their ability to utilize their dry corn mill to fractionate the corn prior to sending it to their ethanol facility, located in Cambria, Wis. Through this process, they are able to separate the kernel into fractions suited for food products and ethanol production.
