Established in Chicago, CIH is a commodity price consulting agency that provides its services to more than 400 domestic and international entities. CIH is committed to improving the price of commodities bought, sold or taken title to. With the ability to customize fully integrated hedge programs, CIH works to reduce harmful price moves so that patrons can have more control of commodity and ingredient pricing efforts.
