Pooja Pokharel serves as the manage of program funding for the U.S. Grains Council, a non-profit organization that promotes the global use of U.S. barley, corn, sorghum and related products including ethanol and distiller’s dried grains with solubles (DDGS). In this capacity, Pokharel tracks and complies with regulations related to funding from a growing array of sources.
Prior to working for the Council, Pokharel served as a data analyst for the Travel Channel. In that capacity, she assisted the finance manager with budget planning and data entry.
Pokharel holds a master’s in business administration from Virginia International University and a bachelor’s degree in management from Wichita State University.
