Maria Murphy serves as the manager of membership administration for the U.S. Grains Council, a non-profit organization that promotes the use of U.S. barley, corn, sorghum and related products worldwide. In this capacity, she is responsible for membership services, including member retention, member education, dues, billing and the Council’s membership database.
Prior to the Council, Murphy worked for the National Organization of Nurse Practitioner Faculties as membership and meetings assistant. In this capacity, she assisted in the implementation of the annual meeting and was the staff liaison for the leadership cohort.
Murphy holds a bachelor’s of arts in English from Mount Holyoke College.
