Crowe serves as the Trade Policy Coordinator for the U.S. Grains Council, a non-profit organization that promotes the use of U.S. barley, corn, sorghum and related products worldwide.

In this capacity, Crowe provides support to the trade policy team, makes arrangements for visiting teams, organizes staff and member travel and facilitates program planning and execution.

Prior to the Council, Crowe worked for United Systems, where he acted as a clean energy consultant. He has also served as a sustainable transport researcher and held several government internships.

Crowe holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s degree in public policy from the University of Tennessee, along with a master’s degree in international relations from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge
