Courtney Coe serves as the executive assistant for the U.S. Grains Council, a non-profit organization that promotes the global use of U.S. barley, corn, sorghum and related products including ethanol and distiller’s dried grains with solubles (DDGS). In this capacity, Coe is a member of the executive team and provides support to the Council’s staff and Board leaders.

Prior to the Council, Coe worked for Pottery Barn as an associate manager. In this capacity, she provided leadership to store teams to help them meet and exceed various goals.

With full-time presence in 13 key markets and representatives in an additional 15 locations, the Council operates programs in more than 50 countries and the European Union.
