These recommendations are not included on Council tours, but are definitely worth visiting while you’re in the area.

Don’t forget to get your passport! If you’re planning to attend, you must have an up-to-date passport. If your passport expires before January 2014, now is the time to start the process of renewing it. Please visit the State Department website, www.state.gov for information on obtaining or renewing a passport. Also, if you plan to bring a minor child or grandchild, go to the state.gov website for information on the documentation needed.
